Michaelangelo started out at a very young age learning from a highly successful family business that was doing ten times the national average. After attending college and earning his business degrees he successfully operated and later sold his businesses at a profit. Motivated to further his education by earning a certificate as a software engineer while continually acquiring additional credits in business and real estate studies. He further expanded his real estate portfolio and at the same time was consulting and giving seminars to other property owners for their real estate acquisitions. He has served on several Urban Development Committees in the capacities of chairman and as a board member, on the State Committee for Pennsylvania’s Residential Owners Assoc. and on the board and President of Landlord Associations. He is a Member of the National Association of Realtors ( NAR ), the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, the Bucks County Association of Realtors and a member of the Diversified Real Estate Investor Group.
His passion for real estate, Michaelangelo was a key individual who spearheaded efforts to prevent the demolition of a communities beloved historic building. He started by forming a committee and networking throughout the county. One of several key components he used in saving this historic building was proving that it was economically feasible for its rehabilitation. Today this 170,000 sq. ft building is serving its community as a state of the art facility and at the same time saved the tax payers millions of dollars. On January 13, 2007 he spoke at the buildings re-dedication ceremony and was also presented the Historic Preservation Award. Most recently, Michaelangelo was awarded the Keller Williams 2018 Excellence in Achievement Award.
