His vision on how our home should have been staged was in my opinion the reason it sold and the reason we received the positive feedback from potential buyers and ultimately the buyers who purchased the home. We are very satisfied. Being there when we were about to make a bad decision, (or two) was huge. We could have really gotten into a quandary with a couple of the properties that we put a bid in on. Your knowledge and expertise of the real estate market was a great learning experience for us.Michaelangelo has ALWAYS managed to be professional in the face of any obstacle that he faces. My wife has a great attitude but also has a LOT of questions as well as can be very indecisive. Michaelangelo handled every situation she presented to him, (at whatever time of day), with professionalism, accuracy, patience and understanding. I have a laid back and yet cynical and sometimes critical attitude. Michaelangelo also handled that with professionalism and didn’t let my comments get under his skin when he probably had every right to have a problem with something I said. The great thing about him is that he was able to look far enough ahead in our dealings and see things that we didn’t, that might be detrimental to our making a good deal. He is very meticulous and detailed throughout both the selling of our twin to the buying of our new house. We do not feel we could have made a better deal, (selling or buying) in today’s market than we did. That only comes from good counseling from a good real estate agent. He made our “weekend excursions”, fun and interesting while looking for our new home. His knowledge of contracts and wording of the contracts, (and what it all means to us), involved in selling/buying a home is superb. He made the paperwork portion of the process as easy and painless as possible. In conclusion, we owe a big debt of gratitude to Michaelangelo.
